$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install mrpt-apps 

mrpt-apps is installed in your system.

Make ensure the mrpt-apps package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mrpt-apps *

You will get with mrpt-apps package name, version, architecture and description in a table

mrpt-apps package basic information:
